When someone new joins, they need to be welcomed into the organisation and welcomed into the system. If they're working out of the office, welcoming someone into the organisation usually involves going out for lunch together. Welcoming a new hire into the system is a little more procedural.
This is all taken care of courtesy of either Dave or Vito. If you haven't received an email address then something's gone horribly wrong and it's best to reach out to either of them.
You can't go past for org user management, and if you do then keep going cause we don't want anything to do with you. Sign into the and add the user.
Head on over to and add the new user using their newly created @picketstudio.com
email address. Make sure to add them to the relevant projects as well.
Add our new friend in using their @picketstudio.com
email address.
If our new recruit is a contractor then; add their GitHub handle as a contributor to the relevant repos. If they're a full time employee; add their GitHub handle as a member of @picketstudio
org.
Great, that should be it for now. Send them an email at their @picketstudio
address to let them know all the good work you've just done. Use the Welcome email template as a base.
