• Client and the Partner agree on a scope of work to be initiated

• Partner consults the Project Manager (PM) to introduce the work into the development workflow

• Architect designs a solution and/or Designer designs a solution

• Developer implements solution

• Architect reviews solution

• Quality Assurance (QA) tests solution

• Project Manager delivers solution
