Building a digital product requires a number of specialist skills. These span from the interpersonal; project and client management, to the technical; interaction design and software development. We organise our project teams around a particular set of skills for building high quality, well designed products.

Workflow

Partner > Project Manager > Architect | Designer > Developer > Architect > Quality Assurance > Project Manager > Partner

  • Client and the Partner agree on a scope of work to be initiated

  • Partner consults the Project Manager (PM) to introduce the work into the development workflow

  • Architect designs a solution and/or Designer designs a solution

  • Developer implements solution

  • Architect reviews solution

  • Quality Assurance (QA) tests solution

  • Project Manager delivers solution
