We are Picket, a product studio that helps organisations convert their vision and the opportunities they see in their “world” into viable concepts backed by solid research, thorough design and mature technical expertise.

Where we're most useful is on projects where we can collaborate with organisations who have a deep understanding of an industry and a business problem (opportunity). Combining their industry insights with our expertise in user behaviour, interface design and engineering lays fertile ground for growing brand new concepts that don’t simply replicate what’s already been done.

We follow a clear, proven product design methodology that makes the most of our client's knowledge, our skills and the constraints and resource limitations that every fledgling idea has to contend with in a competitive market. This manual tries to capture that methodology as best as possible.
