Business Building Meeting
Partners meet on a weekly basis for 1 hour to discuss and solve pertinent management issues, review progress and plan the upcoming sprint. This is presently on Tuesday mornings at 9am.
Business Building Backlog
A backlog of potential Business Building activities that are reviewed weekly and picked for implementation, just like any other work backlog. The list currently lives in the Chiefs Hut in Basecamp.
Business Building Sprints
A weekly time allocation for Partners that they are expected to dedicate to activities agreed in the Business Building Meeting. This is presently on Thursdays from 9am to midday.
